Reliance Jio Financial Services and BlackRock plan to form a 50-50 joint venture called Jio BlackRock, to offer Indian investors affordable and innovative products enabled by technology. BlackRock will bring its investment management, risk management, and access to technology, while Jio Financial Services, will add its knowledge of the Indian market, digital infrastructure capabilities, and robust execution capabilities.
