Instagram has launched broadcast channels worldwide, offering creators a public one-to-many messaging tool to increase engagement with followers. With this tool, creators can use the tool to share text, video and photo updates as well as voice notes, polls and live chats. Broadcast channels are discoverable by anyone, but creators control messaging while new followers get a one-time notification when a creator starts a new channel.
